Quick Vegan Coconut Nog

The perfect easy holiday cocktail. Vegan, dairy free, egg free.

Ingredients

  • 1 19 oz Can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup (240ml) Plant-based milk
  • 1 Cup (240ml) Ice Cubes
  • 3 - 5 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg ((plus more for garnish))
  • Pinch of Black Salt for an eggy taste ((Optional))
  • Spiced Rum or Bourbon ((Optional))

Cooking

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. I prefer a less sweet nog, so I opted for 3 tablespoons of agave.
  3. For a sweeter nog add more to taste.
  4. Pour over spiced rum or bourbon if you like, and give a little stir.
  5. Garnish with a little more nutmeg.
  6. Store leftovers in a bottle or jug in the fridge.
  7. Shake well before serving.
