Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese block (cold) drained and crumbled)
- 4 oz cream cheese (cold)
- 1/2 cup thick sour cream (cold)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed (make sure to zest it first)
- 1 garlic clove (minced or pressed)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
- 1-2 Tbsp EVOO
- Parsley (finely chopped, to garnish)
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Red Pepper flakes (crushed, to garnish)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to garnish)

- Sliced vegetables (cucumbers, radishes, bell pepper, small tomatoes)

- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a chopping blade, combine all of the feta dip ingredients.
- Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth, scraping down the bowl halfway.
- Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon to create grooves.
- Drizzle all over with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle on crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon zest and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Serve right away with Pita Chips or vegetables for dipping, or cover and refrigerate.*.
