  • 4 Pete & Gerry’s Pasture-Raised Eggs
  • 4 slices bread , toasted
  • 2 avocados , sliced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp chili oil
  • Sliced green onion for garnish (Optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (Optional)
