Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (in chunks)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or mint chocolate, I used Truvani mint chocolate)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes (100 g)
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips (I used Lily’s chocolate chips)

  1. Blend.
  2. Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips & pulse for a few seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Top with more chocolate chips and/or a melted chocolate drizzle.
