Ingredients

  • 4 mini cucumbers (sliced)
  • 10 mini sweet peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili crisp
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1" knob fresh ginger
  • pinch black pepper

  3. Combine.
  4. Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl.

  7. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed!.
