  • 75 g Sugar
  • 175 g Butter (Unsalted)
  • 15 g Milk Powder
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  1. To begin making Moon Biscuits Recipe (Moon Shaped Baked Cookies), first take maida, milk powder, and baking powder and combine them well.
  2. Now add the softened butter, confectionery sugar (powdered sugar) and vanilla extract into a bowl.
  3. Combine the butter mixture well and add in the dry ingredients and make a dough.
  4. Now preheat the oven at 350°F (175°C),take a rolling pin and flatten the dough by using a round cookie cutter cut the dough in to moon shape cookies.
  5. Arrange them on baking tray now set the cooking time to15 mins and place the tray into the oven.
  6. Cool them before serving.
