  • 1 tsp salt (divided)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves (for serving)
