  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds (optional)
  • pinch of salt and freshly-cracked black pepper
